Guest Policies

We are an adult only facility. The maximum number of adults is 2 per room.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to reserve a room is 21.

Check-in available at 2pm. Door will be unlocked and keys hanging inside the door. Feel free to let yourself in and get comfortable.

Check out is Noon.

No smoking on property. On prem smoking will result in $250 charge.

Damages: Red Bud Manor is privately owned and will not be responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Damages incurred during your stay to furnishings, bedding, linens, towels, rugs, etc. will be charged to your credit card on file.

Guest visitors are permitted until 10pm.

Parking: One parking space per room for registered guests.

Cancellation Policy: We do not charge a cancellation fee. Please be courteous and provide as much notice as possible.

Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include taxes.
